巴生启明华小乒乓队 Pasukan Ping Pong SJK(C) Khe Ben, Klang

           

    众所皆知,启明华小的校地极之有限。在0.9英亩的小地上有2座宏伟的3层及4层的校舍。然而校地虽小的可怜,学生的体魄却不能不照顾,学生还是要做运动的啊!在穷则变,变则通的大前提下,启明华小的学生唯有选择了一项需要只需要用到最少空间的球类运动—打乒乓。
       乒乓的发展在启明华小已有一段悠久的历史。这里的学生不懂得怎么玩排球,足球,或铅球他们只会在下课时拿着乒乓拍去打打乒乓。
       启明华小除了环境使然被迫吹起乒乓风外,本校还拥有一位热心乒运的好教练—陈文忠教练。多年来陈教练都热心的推动着乒运,带着学生们南征北伐,其耐心与毅力令人屈服。除此之外,乒乓学会负责老师兼教练,郭莹莹老师和陈碧莱老师也对 我校乒乓校队作出很大的贡献.
       校长是希望启明的乒乓风会越括越猛,更希望在不久的将来看到启明的学生人人‘人手一拍’.

        Seperti yang telah sedia maklum, keluasan S.J.K.(c) Khe Beng terletak di  tanah yang seluas 0.9 ekar tepaksa memuatkan bangunan tiga tingkat dan sebuah bangunan empat tingkat. Walau demikian, murid-murid tetap perlu bersukan supaya badan sihat. Walaupun serba kekurangan, murid SJK(C) Khe Beng menggunakan ruang yang terhad untuk menjalankan aktiviti permainan ping-pong.

      Ping-pong di SJK(C) Khe Beng mempunyai sejarahnya tesendiri. Beberapa orang murid sekolah telah mewakili daerah Klang dalamkejohanan Majlis  Sukan Sekolah-sekolah Selangor dalam kejohanan Majlis Sukan Sekolah-sekolah Malaysia(MSSM).

    SJK(C) Khe Beng mempunyai persekitaran yang sesuai memupuk minat pelajar dalam permainan ping-pong. Pihak sekolah juga mempunyai seorang jurulatih yang berkaliber iaitu Encik Tan Boon Tiong .Jurulatih ping-pong ini amat berpengalaman dalam bidang permainan ping-pong . Beliau membimbing murid-murid , ahli kelab ping-pong menyertai banyak pertandingan. Kesabaran dan kecekalannya amat disanjungi. Selain itu, guru penasihat selaku jurulatih sekolah, cikgu Kok Yin Yin dan Tan Pik Lai juga memainkan peranan penting dalam usaha mengharumkan nama sekolah dalam arena ping pong sekolah.

  Guru Besar SJK(C) Khe Beng berharap kelab ping-pong akan terus berkembang dan mendapat sambutan yang menggalakkan dalam kalangan pelajar.

1 乒乓球的比赛规则:
1.1 球台
1.1.1球台上层表面叫做比赛台面,应为与水平面平行的长方形,长2.74米,宽1.525米,高地向高76厘米
1.1.2比赛台面不包括球台台面的侧面。
1.1.3比赛台面可用任何材料制成,应具有一致的弹性,即当标准球从离台面30厘米高处落至台面时,弹起高度应约为23厘米。
1.1.4比赛台面应呈均匀的暗色,无光泽,沿每个2.74米的比赛合面边缘各有一条2厘米宽的白色边线,沿每个1.525米的比赛台面边缘各有一条2厘米宽的白色端线。
1.1.5比赛台面由一个与端线平行的垂直的球网划分为两个相等的台区,各台区的整个面积应是一个整体。
1.1.6双打时,各台区应由一条3毫米宽的白色中线,划分为两个相等的“半区”。中线与边线平行,并应视为右半区的一部分。
1.2 球网装置
1.2.1球网装置包括球网、悬网绳、网柱及将它们固定在球台上的夹钳部分.
1.2.2球网应悬挂在一根绳子上,绳子两端系在高15.25厘米的直立网柱上,网柱外缘离开边线外缘的距离为15.25厘米。
1.2.3整个球网的顶端距离比赛台面15.25厘米.
1.2.4整个球网的底边应尽量贴近比赛台面,其两端应尽量贴近网柱。
1.3 球
1.3.1球应为圆球体,直径为38毫米。
1.3.2球重2.5克。
1.3.3球应用赛璐璐或类似的材料制成,呈白色,、黄色或橙色,且无光泽。
1.4 球拍
1.4.1球拍的大小,形状和重量不限,但底板应平整、坚硬。
1.4.2底板厚度至少应有85%的天然木料,加强底板的粘合层可用诸如碳纤维,玻璃纤维或压缩纸等纤维材料,每层粘合层不超过底板总厚度的7.5%或0.35毫米。
1.4.3用来击球的拍面应用一层颗粒向外的普通颗粒胶覆盖,连同粘合剂厚度不超过2毫米;或用颗粒向内或向外的海绵胶覆盖,连同粘合剂,厚度不超过4毫米

1.4.3.1”普通颗粒胶”是一层无泡沫的天然橡胶或合成橡胶,其颗粒必须以每平方厘米不少于10颗,不多于50颗的平均密度分布整个表面。
1.4.3.2"海绵胶"即在一层泡沫橡胶上覆盖一层普通颗粒胶,普遍颗粒胶的厚度不超过2毫米。
1.4.4覆盖物应覆盖整个拍面,但不得超过其边缘。靠近拍柄部分以及手指执握部分可不予以覆盖,也可用任何材料覆盖。
1.4.5底板、底板中的任何夹层、覆盖物以及粘合层均应为厚度均匀的一个整体。
1.4.6球拍两面不论是否有覆盖物,必须无光泽,且一面为鲜红色,另一面为黑色。拍身边缘上的包边应无光泽,不得呈白色。
1.4.7由于意外的损坏、磨损或褪色,造成拍面的整体性和颜色上的一致性出现轻微的差异。只要未明显改变拍面的性能,可以允许使用。
1.4.8比赛开始时及比赛过程中运动员需要更换球拍时,必须向对方和裁判员展示他将要使用的球拍,并允许他们检查。
1.5 定义
1.5.1“回合”:球处于比赛状态的一段时间。
1.5.2“球处比赛状态”,从发球时,球被有意向上抛起前,静止在不执拍手掌上的一瞬间。到该回合被判得分或重发球。
1.5.3“重发球”:不予判分的回合。
1.5.4“一分”:判分的回合。
1.5.5“执拍手”:正握着球拍的手。
1.5.6“不执怕手”:未握着球拍的手。
1.5.7“击球”,用握在手中的球拍或执拍手手腕以下部分触球.
1.5.8 "阻挡”:对方击球后,处于比赛状态的球尚未触及本方台区也未超过比赛台面或其端线,即触及本方运动员或其穿带的任何物品。
1.5.9“发球员":在一个回合中,首先击球的运动员.
1.5.10“接发球员:在一个回合中,第二个击球的运动员.
1.5.11"裁判员:被指定管理一场比赛的人,
1.5.12“裁判助理":被指定在某些方面协助裁判员工作的人.
1.5.13运动员“穿或带”的任何物品,包括他在一个回合开始时穿或带的任何物品。
1.5.14球从突出台外的球网装置之下或之外经过,或回击的球越过球网后又回弹过网,均应视作已”超过或绕过”球网装置。
1.5.15球台的端线包括端线两端的无限延长线。
1.6 合法发球
1.6.1发球时,球应放在不执拍手的手掌上,手掌张开和伸平。球应是静止的,在发球方的端线之后和比赛合面的水平面之上。
1.6.2发球员须用手把球几乎垂直地向上抛起,不得使球旋转,并使球在离开不执拍手的手掌之后上升不少于16厘米。
1.6.3当球从抛起的最高点下降时,发球员方可击球,使球首先触及本方台区,然后越过或绕过球网装置,再触及接发球员的台区。在双打中,球应先后触及发球员和接发球员的右半区。
1.6.4从抛球前球静止的最后一瞬间到击球时,球和球拍应在比赛台面的水平面之上。
1.6.5击球时,球应在发球方的端线之后,但不能超过发球员身体(手臂、头或腿除外)离端线最远的部分。
1.6.6运动员发球时,有责任让裁判员或副裁判员看清他是否按照合法发球的规定发球.
1.6.6.1如果裁判员怀疑发球员某个发球动作的正确性,并且他或者副裁判员都不能确信该发球动作不合法,一场比赛中此现象第一次出现时,裁判员可以警告发球员而不予判分.

1.6.6.2在同一场比赛中,如果运动员发球动作的正确性再次受到怀疑,不管是否出于同样的原因,不再警告而判失一分.
1.6.6.3无论是否第一次或任何时候,只要发球员明显没有按照合法发球的规定发球,他将被判失一分,无需警告。
1.6.7运动员因身体伤病而不能严格遵守合法发球的某些规定时,可由裁判员做出决定免予执行,但须在赛前向裁判员说明。
1.7合法还击
1.7.1对方发球或还击后,本方运动员必须击球,使球直接越过或绕过球网装置,或触及球网装置后,再触及对方台区。
1.8比赛次序
1.8.1在单打中,首先由发球员合法发球,再由接发球员合法还击,然后两者交替合法还击。
1.8.2在双打中,首先由发球员合法发球,再由接发球员合法还击,然后由发球员的同伴合法还击,再由接发球员的同伴合法还击,此后,运动员按此次序轮流合法还击。
1.9重发球
1.9.1回合出现下列情况应判重发球:
1.9.1.1如果发球员发出的球,在越过或绕过球网装置时,触及球网装置,此后成为合法发球或被接发球员或其同伴阻挡。
1.9.1.2如果接发球员或同伴未准备好时,球己发出:而且接发球员或其同伴均没有企图击球。
1.9.1.3由于发生了运动员无法控制的干扰,而使运动员未能合法发球。合法还击或遵守规则。
1.9.1.4裁判员或副裁判员暂停比赛。
1.9.1.5在双打时,运动员错发,错接。
1.9.2可以在下列情况下暂停比赛:
1.9.2.1由于要纠正发球、接发球次序或方位错误;

1.9.2.2由于要实行轮换发球法;
1.9.2.3由于警告或处罚运动员;
1.9.2.4由于比赛环境受到干扰,以致该回合结果有可能受到影响。
1.10 一分
1.1O.1除被判重发球的回合,下列情况运动员得一分:
1.10.1.1对方运动员未能合法发球;
1.1O.1.2对方运动员未能合法还击;
1.1O.1.3运动员在发球或还击后,对方运动员在击球前,球触及了除球网装置以外的任何东西; 1.10.1.4对方击球后,该球越过本方端线而没有触及本方台区;
1.10.1.5对方阻挡;
1.10.1.6对方连击;
1.10.1.7对方用不符合1.4.3条款的拍面击球;
1.10.1.8对方运动员或他穿戴的任何东两使球台移动;
1.10.1.9对方运动员或他穿戴的任何东西触及球网装置;
1.10.1.10对方运动员不执拍手触及比赛台面;
1.10.1.11双打时,对方运动员击球次序错误;
1.10.1.12执行轮换发球法时,接发球运动员或其双打同伴,包括接发球一击,完成了13次合法还击。
1.11 一局比赛
1.11.1在一局比赛中,先得21分的一方为胜方,20平后,先多得2分的一方为胜方.
1.12 一场比赛
1.12.1
一场比赛应采用三局两胜制或五局三胜制。
1.12.2
一场比赛应连续进行.但在局与局之间,任何一名运动员都有权要求不超过两分钟的休息时间。
1.13 发球、按发球和方位的选择
1.13.1选择发球,接发球和这一方,那一方的权力应由抽签来决定,中签者可以选择先发球或先接发球,或选择先在某一方。
1.13.2当一方运动员选择了先发球或先接发球,或选择先在某一方后,另一方运动员应有另一个选择的权力。
1.13.3在获得每五分之后,接发球方即成为发球方,依此类推,直至该局比赛结束,或者直至双方比分都达到20分或实行轮换发球法,这时,发球和接发次序仍然不变,但每人只轮发一分球.
1.13.4在双打的第一局比赛中,先发球方确定第一发球员,再由先接发球方确定第一接发球员。在以后的各局比赛中,第一发球员确定后,第一接发球员应是前一局发球给他的运动员。
1.13.5在双打中,每次换发球时,前面的接发球员应成为发球员,前面的发球员的同伴应成为接发球员·
1.13.6一局中首先发球的一方,在该场下一局应首先接发球。在双打决胜局中,当一方先得10分时,接发球方应交换接发球次序。
1.13.7一局中,在某一方位比赛的一方,在该场下一局应换到另一方位。在决胜局中,一方先得10分时,双方应交换方位。
1.14 发球、接发球次序和方位的错误
1.14.1裁判员一旦发现发球、接发球次序错误,应立即暂停比赛,并按该场比赛开始时确立的次序,按场上比分由应该发球或接发球的运动员发球或接发球;在双打中,则按发现错误时那一局中首先有发球权的一方所确立的次序进行纠正,继续比赛。
1.14.2裁判员一旦发现运动员应交换方位而未交换时,应立即暂停比赛,并按该场比赛开始时确立的次序按场上比分运动员应站的正确方位进行纠正,再继续比赛。
1.14.3在任何情况下,发现错误之前的所有得分均有效。
1.15 轮换发球法
1.15.1如果一局比赛进行到15分钟仍未结束(双方都己获得至少19分时除外),或者在此之前任何时间应双方运动员要求,应实行轮换发球法。
1.15.1.1当时限到时,球仍处于比赛状态,裁判员应立即暂停比赛。由被暂停回合的发球员发球,继续比赛。
1.15.1.2当时限到时,球未处于比赛状态,应由前一回合的接发球员发球,继续比赛。
1.15.2此后,每个运动员都轮发一分球,直至该局结束。如果接发球方进行了13次合法还击,则判发球方失一分。
1.15.3换发球法一经实行,该场比赛的剩余部分必须继续实行,直至该场比赛结束。

2THE LAWS OF TABLE TENNIS
2.01THE TABLE
2.01.01The upper surface of the table, known as the playing surface, shall be rectangular, 2.74m long and 1.525m wide, and shall lie in a horizontal plane 76cm above the floor.
2.01.02The playing surface shall not include the vertical sides of the tabletop.
2.01.03The playing surface may be of any material and shall yield a uniform bounce of about 23cm when a standard ball is dropped on to it from a height of 30cm.
2.01.04The playing surface shall be uniformly dark coloured and matt, but with a white side line, 2cm wide, along each 2.74m edge and a white end line, 2cm wide, along each 1.525m edge.
2.01.05The playing surface shall be divided into 2 equal courts by a vertical net running parallel with the end lines, and shall be continuous over the whole area of each court.
2.01.06For doubles, each court shall be divided into 2 equal half-courts by a white centre line, 3mm wide, running parallel with the side lines; the centre line shall be regarded as part of each right half-court.
2.02THE NET ASSEMBLY
2.02.01The net assembly shall consist of the net, its suspension and the supporting posts, including the clamps attaching them to the table.
2.02.02The net shall be suspended by a cord attached at each end to an upright post 15.25cm high, the outside limits of the post being 15.25cm outside the side line.
2.02.03The top of the net, along its whole length, shall be 15.25cm above the playing surface.
2.02.04The bottom of the net, along its whole length, shall be as close as possible to the playing surface and the ends of the net shall be as close as possible to the supporting posts.
2.03THE BALL
2.03.01The ball shall be spherical, with a diameter of 40mm.
2.03.02The ball shall weigh 2.7g.
2.03.03The ball shall be made of celluloid or similar plastics material and shall be white or orange, and matt.
2.04THE RACKET
2.04.01The racket may be of any size, shape or weight but the blade shall be flat and rigid.
2.04.02At least 85% of the blade by thickness shall be of natural wood; an adhesive layer within the blade may be reinforced with fibrous material such as carbon fibre, glass fibre or compressed paper, but shall not be thicker than 7.5% of the total thickness or 0.35mm, whichever is the smaller.
2.04.03A side of the blade used for striking the ball shall be covered with either ordinary pimpled rubber, with pimples outwards having a total thickness including adhesive of not more than 2.0mm, or sandwich rubber, with pimples inwards or outwards, having a total thickness including adhesive of not more than 4.0mm.
2.04.03.01Ordinary pimpled rubber is a single layer of non-cellular rubber, natural or synthetic, with pimples evenly distributed over its surface at a density of not less than 10 per cm2 and not more than 30 per cm2.
2.04.03.02Sandwich rubber is a single layer of cellular rubber covered with a single outer layer of ordinary pimpled rubber, the thickness of the pimpled rubber not being more than 2.0mm.
2.04.04The covering material shall extend up to but not beyond the limits of the blade, except that the part nearest the handle and gripped by the fingers may be left uncovered or covered with any material.
2.04.05The blade, any layer within the blade and any layer of covering material or adhesive on a side used for striking the ball shall be continuous and of even thickness.
2.04.06The surface of the covering material on a side of the blade, or of a side of the blade if it is left uncovered, shall be matt, bright red on one side and black on the other.
2.04.07The racket covering shall be used without any physical, chemical or other treatment.
2.04.07.01Slight deviations from continuity of surface or uniformity of colour due to accidental damage or wear may be allowed provided that they do not significantly change the characteristics of the surface.
2.04.08Before the start of a match and whenever he or she changes his or her racket during a match a player shall show his or her opponent and the umpire the racket he or she is about to use and shall allow them to examine it.
2.05DEFINITIONS
2.05.01rally is the period during which the ball is in play.
2.05.02The ball is in play from the last moment at which it is stationary on the palm of the free hand before being intentionally projected in service until the rally is decided as a let or a point.
2.05.03let is a rally of which the result is not scored.
2.05.04point is a rally of which the result is scored.
2.05.05The racket hand is the hand carrying the racket.
2.05.06The free hand is the hand not carrying the racket; the free arm is the arm of the free hand.
2.05.07A player strikes the ball if he or she touches it in play with his or her racket, held in the hand, or with his or her racket hand below the wrist.
2.05.08A player obstructs the ball if he or she, or anything he or she wears or carries, touches it in play when it is above or travelling towards the playing surface, not having touched his or her court since last being struck by his or her opponent.
2.05.09The server is the player due to strike the ball first in a rally.
2.05.10The receiver is the player due to strike the ball second in a rally.
2.05.11The umpire is the person appointed to control a match.
2.05.12The assistant umpire is the person appointed to assist the umpire with certain decisions.
2.05.13Anything that a player wears or carries includes anything that he or she was wearing or carrying, other than the ball, at the start of the rally.
2.05.14The ball shall be regarded as passing over or around the net assembly if it passes anywhere other than between the net and the net post or between the net and the playing surface.
2.05.15The end line shall be regarded as extending indefinitely in both directions.
2.06THE SERVICE
2.06.01Service shall start with the ball resting freely on the open palm of the server's stationary free hand.
2.06.02The server shall then project the ball near vertically upwards, without imparting spin, so that it rises at least 16cm after leaving the palm of the free hand and then falls without touching anything before being struck.
2.06.03As the ball is falling the server shall strike it so that it touches first his or her court and then, after passing over or around the net assembly, touches directly the receiver's court; in doubles, the ball shall touch successively the right half court of server and receiver.
2.06.04From the start of service until it is struck, the ball shall be above the level of the playing surface and behind the server's end line, and it shall not be hidden from the receiver by the server or his or her doubles partner or by anything they wear or carry.
2.06.05As soon as the ball has been projected, the server’s free arm and hand shall be removed from the space between the ball and the net.
The space between the ball and the net is defined by the ball, the net and its indefinite upward extension.
2.06.06It is the responsibility of the player to serve so that the umpire or the assistant umpire can be satisfied that he or she complies with the requirements of the Laws, and either may decide that a service is incorrect.
2.06.06.01If either the umpire or the assistant umpire is not sure about the legality of a service he or she may, on the first occasion in a match, interrupt play and warn the server; but any subsequent service by that player or his or her doubles partner which is not clearly legal shall be considered incorrect.
2.06.07Exceptionally, the umpire may relax the requirements for a correct service where he or she is satisfied that compliance is prevented by physical disability.
2.07THE RETURN
2.07.01The ball, having been served or returned, shall be struck so that it passes over or around the net assembly and touches the opponent's court, either directly or after touching the net assembly.
2.08THE ORDER OF PLAY
2.08.01In singles, the server shall first make a service, the receiver shall then make a return and thereafter server and receiver alternately shall each make a return.
2.08.02In doubles, the server shall first make a service, the receiver shall then make a return, the partner of the server shall then make a return, the partner of the receiver shall then make a return and thereafter each player in turn in that sequence shall make a return.
2.08.03When two players who are in wheelchairs due to a physical disability are a pair playing doubles, the server shall first make a service, the receiver shall then make a return but thereafter either player of the disabled pair may make returns. However, no part of a player’s wheelchair shall protrude beyond the imaginary extension of the centre line of the table. If it does, the umpire shall award the point to the opposing pair.
2.09A LET
2.09.01The rally shall be a let
2.09.01.01if in service the ball, in passing over or around the net assembly, touches it, provided the service is otherwise correct or the ball is obstructed by the receiver or his or her partner;
2.09.01.02if the service is delivered when the receiving player or pair is not ready, provided that neither the receiver nor his or her partner attempts to strike the ball;
2.09.01.03if failure to make a service or a return or otherwise to comply with the Laws is due to a disturbance outside the control of the player;
2.09.01.04if play is interrupted by the umpire or assistant umpire;
2.09.01.05if the receiver is in wheelchair owing to a physical disability and in service the ball, provided that the service is otherwise correct,
2.09.01.05.01after touching the receiver's court returns in the direction of the net;
2.09.01.05.02comes to rest on the receiver's court;
2.09.01.05.03in singles leaves the receiver’s court after touching it by either of its sidelines.
2.09.02Play may be interrupted
2.09.02.01to correct an error in the order of serving, receiving or ends;
2.09.02.02to introduce the expedite system;
2.09.02.03to warn or penalise a player or adviser;
2.09.02.04because the conditions of play are disturbed in a way which could affect the outcome of the rally.
2.10A POINT
2.10.01Unless the rally is a let, a player shall score a point
2.10.01.01if an opponent fails to make a correct service;
2.10.01.02if an opponent fails to make a correct return;
2.10.01.03if, after he or she has made a service or a return, the ball touches anything other than the net assembly before being struck by an opponent;
2.10.01.04if the ball passes over his or her court or beyond his or her end line without touching his or her court, after being struck by an opponent;
2.10.01.05if an opponent obstructs the ball;
2.10.01.06if an opponent deliberately strikes the ball twice in succession;
2.10.01.07if an opponent strikes the ball with a side of the racket blade whose surface does not comply with the requirements of 2.4.3, 2.4.4 and 2.4.5;
2.10.01.08if an opponent, or anything an opponent wears or carries, moves the playing surface;
2.10.01.09if an opponent, or anything an opponent wears or carries, touches the net assembly;
2.10.01.10if an opponent's free hand touches the playing surface;
2.10.01.11if a doubles opponent strikes the ball out of the sequence established by the first server and first receiver;
2.10.01.12as provided under the expedite system (2.15.4).
2.10.01.13if both players or pairs are in a wheelchair due to a physical disability and
2.10.01.13.01his or her opponent does not maintain a minimum contact with the seat or cushion(s), with the back of the thigh, when the ball is struck;
2.10.01.13.02his or her opponent touches the table with either hand before striking the ball;
2.10.01.13.03his or her opponent's footrest or foot touches the floor during play.
2.10.01.14as provided under the order of play (2.8.3).
2.11A GAME
2.11.01A game shall be won by the player or pair first scoring 11 points unless both players or pairs score 10 points, when the game shall be won by the first player or pair subsequently gaining a lead of 2 points.
2.12A MATCH
2.12.01A match shall consist of the best of any odd number of games.
2.13THE ORDER OF SERVING, RECEIVING AND ENDS
2.13.01The right to choose the initial order of serving, receiving and ends shall be decided by lot and the winner may choose to serve or to receive first or to start at a particular end.
2.13.02When one player or pair has chosen to serve or to receive first or to start at a particular end, the other player or pair shall have the other choice.
2.13.03After each 2 points have been scored the receiving player or pair shall become the serving player or pair and so on until the end of the game, unless both players or pairs score 10 points or the expedite system is in operation, when the sequences of serving and receiving shall be the same but each player shall serve for only 1 point in turn.
2.13.04In each game of a doubles match, the pair having the right to serve first shall choose which of them will do so and in the first game of a match the receiving pair shall decide which of them will receive first; in subsequent games of the match, the first server having been chosen, the first receiver shall be the player who served to him or her in the preceding game.
2.13.05In doubles, at each change of service the previous receiver shall become the server and the partner of the previous server shall become the receiver.
2.13.06The player or pair serving first in a game shall receive first in the next game of the match and in the last possible game of a doubles match the pair due to receive next shall change their order of receiving when first one pair scores 5 points.
2.13.07The player or pair starting at one end in a game shall start at the other end in the next game of the match and in the last possible game of a match the players or pairs shall change ends when first one player or pair scores 5 points.
2.14OUT OF ORDER OF SERVING, RECEIVING OR ENDS
2.14.01If a player serves or receives out of turn, play shall be interrupted by the umpire as soon as the error is discovered and shall resume with those players serving and receiving who should be server and receiver respectively at the score that has been reached, according to the sequence established at the beginning of the match and, in doubles, to the order of serving chosen by the pair having the right to serve first in the game during which the error is discovered.
2.14.02If the players have not changed ends when they should have done so, play shall be interrupted by the umpire as soon as the error is discovered and shall resume with the players at the ends at which they should be at the score that has been reached, according to the sequence established at the beginning of the match.
2.14.03In any circumstances, all points scored before the discovery of an error shall be reckoned.
2.15THE EXPEDITE SYSTEM
2.15.01Except as provided in 2.15.2, the expedite system shall come into operation after 10 minutes' play in a game or at any time requested by both players or pairs.
2.15.02The expedite system shall not be introduced in a game if at least 18 points have been scored.
2.15.03If the ball is in play when the time limit is reached and the expedite system is due to come into operation, play shall be interrupted by the umpire and shall resume with service by the player who served in the rally that was interrupted; If the ball is not in play when the expedite system comes into operation, play shall resume with service by the player who received in the immediately preceding rally.
2.15.04Thereafter, each player shall serve for 1 point in turn until the end of the game, and if the receiving player or pair makes 13 correct returns in a rally the receiver shall score a point.
2.15.05Introduction of the expedite system shall not alter the order of serving and receiving in the match, as defined in 2.13.6.
2.15.06Once introduced, the expedite system shall remain in operation until the end of the match.

  乒乓球运动是手握球拍在中间隔一网的球台上轮流击球的一项球类运动。它具有球体小、速度快、变化多、设备简单、趣味性强、不受年龄性别限制的特点,深受人们的喜爱。
  经常参加练习,可以发展人的灵敏、协调等素质,提高动作速度,改善心血管系 统机能,还能发展人的机智、沉着,勇于拼搏,敢于胜利等品质。
  中学乒乓球的教学任务,是结合教学教育学生勤学苦练,培养互帮互学精神,向学生传授乒 乓球运动的基本知识、技术和技能,增强学生体质。
  中学乒乓球教材内容有握拍法、准备姿势、基本步法、发球与接发球、挡球与推挡球、收球 、搓球、削球、左推右攻、推挡侧身攻、发球抢攻。

乒乓球基本技术系列之一

一、握拍法
  握拍法即指单手持球拍的方法。世界上流行着直式和横式两种握拍方法,两种握法各有千秋 ,实践时应因人而异,扬长避短。 

 ()运动要点(以右手为例)
  1直式握拍法:正面拇指第一指节和食指第二指节握拍,拍柄压住虎口(两指间距离适中),背面中指、无名指和小指自然弯曲斜形重叠,中指第一指节顶住球拍的后上部使球拍保持平稳。
  削攻型握法:正面拇指自然弯曲紧贴拍柄左侧,第一指节用力下压,其余四指自然分开托住 球拍背面。 直式握拍法的重点与难点是握拍舒适,手腕控制拍面恰当。
  2横式握拍法:中指、无名指和小指自然地握住拍柄,拇指在球拍正面轻贴在中指的旁边,食指自然伸直斜 放于球拍的背面,虎口轻微贴拍,击球时拇指和食指帮助手腕调节拍形和加力挥拍作用。正手攻球时食指向上移动,反手攻球时拇指向球拍中部移动帮助手腕下压加大击球力量。
  削攻型握法:与攻击型握拍法大体相同,只是食指靠近中指,拇指更加弯曲放松,虎口不紧贴柄。横式握拍法的重点难点是击球时拇指和食指熟练的移动帮助手腕下压和移动。
 
 ()教学方法
  1教师示范领做,使学生正、背面看清。
  2学生握拍,按动作要领相互纠正,教师提示要点。
  3原地向上托球,体会手腕手指用力动作,熟悉球性。
  4移动托球或两排相距2米对托击球。
 ()易犯错误及纠正方法
  握拍过大、过小、过紧、过深、手腕僵硬。
  纠正方法:讲清动作要领,正确握拍,手指手腕放松。

二、准备姿势
  击球前后,身体保持的合理姿势即为准备姿势。合理恰当的准备姿势有助于判断来球,及时 移动到位,运用各种基本技术完成击球动作。 


 ()动作要点
  两脚开立约与肩宽,两膝微屈稍内扣以前脚掌内侧着地,身体重心在两脚中间,上体微前倾 下颌微收,两眼注视来球,持拍手臂自然弯曲手腕放松,球拍自然后仰置于腹前,左手自然 弯曲抬起高于台面。
  准备姿势的重点难点是两脚前脚掌内侧着地,屈膝提踵放松微动。
 ()教学方法
  1学生分24排在教师的示范领做下练习准备姿势。
  2原地踏步或跑步听教师的示范口令做准备姿势。
  3将学生分成偶数列,单数列准备姿势,双数列纠正,交换进行。
  4结合步法练习准备姿势。
 ()易犯错误及纠正方法
  全脚掌着地,上体过直,重心偏高 纠正方法:提踵屈膝略内靠,上体前倾。

三、基本步法
  步法训练不能忽视,灵活的步法是抢占合理位置熟练运用各种手法击球的前提。
 ()动作要点
  1单步:以一脚为轴,另一脚向前后左右移动一步。
  2跨步:以来球同方向的脚向侧跨出一大步,另一脚再跟着移动一步。
  3跳步:以一脚蹬地,两脚同时离地向前后左右跳动。
  4侧身步:以左脚为轴,右脚向左右移动一步,或左脚先向左跨一步,右脚向左后移动一 步。
  5交叉步:以来球方向的脚向来球方向移动一大步,另一脚随着移动一步。
  基本步法的重点难点是判断及时,脚快蹬,步法灵活移重心。
 ()教学方法
  1将学生分成若干组,听教师口令或看手势进行步法练习。
  2结合挥拍进行步法练习。
  334人一组,一人供球,其余人顺序在移动中做对托球练习。
  4对墙托球步法练习。
  5在素质练习中进行步法练习。
 ()易犯错误及纠正方法
  蹬地不及时,起动慢和不到位。
  纠正方法:用口令提示"快提脚",增强下肢力量和脚的灵巧性练习。

四、发球与接发球
  乒乓球比赛是从发球和接发球开始的,两者的好坏都能直接得分或失分,因此要重视发球和 接发球技术的练习。
                                
 ()动作要点(以右手为例)
  1发球:   
  反手平击发球:站位左半台离台30厘米,右脚稍前身体略向左转,左手掌心托球,右手持拍于身体左侧。持球手轻轻向上抛球,同时持拍手向后引拍,上臂自然靠近身体右侧,待球下落低于球网时,持拍手以肘关节发力,由左后向右前挥拍击球中部,拍面稍前倾,第一落点在本台中区。
  正手平击发球:站位中近台偏右左脚稍前,身体稍右转,球向上抛起,持拍手由右后向前挥动。其余同反手平击发球。
  反手发急球:准备姿势同反手平击发球。抛球同时持拍手向左后方引拍,待球下落到网高时,持拍手由左后向右前加速挥拍,拍面稍前倾,以前臂和手腕发力为主击球中上部,第一落点靠近本方端线,第二落点在对方端线附近。
  反手发右侧上()旋球:站位和准备姿势同反手平击发球。抛球同时持拍手向左后引拍,用前臂带动手腕向右前上方挥动,拍面逐渐向左稍前倾,拇指压拍手腕内转从球的中部向右 侧上摩擦,第一落点本方端线,第二落点对方左角。若发落点短的球时,前臂向前力量减小而增强手腕摩擦力量,第一落点本方中区;若发下旋球,击球时拇指加力压拍,使拍面略后 仰从球的中部向侧下摩擦。
  正手发左侧上()旋球:站位左半台,抛球同时持拍手迅速向右上方引拍,身体随即向右转,手臂自右上方向左下方挥摆,球拍从球的右侧中下部向左侧面摩擦,若发左侧下旋球时 ,手臂自右上方向左前下方挥摆,拍从球的右侧中部向左侧下部摩擦,第一落点本方端线附近。
  正手发奔球:站位近台左脚稍前,身体略向右转,两膝微屈上体稍前倾,持拍手自然放于身前。抛球同时拍手向右后上方引拍,手腕放松拍面较垂直,待球下落至与网同高时,上臂带动前臂由右后方向左前方挥摆,腰同时向左扭转。击球刹那拇指压拍的左侧,手腕同时从后向前使劲抖动,球拍沿球的右侧中部向侧上摩擦,第一落点本方端线,第二落点对方右角。
  正手发短球:同发奔球,其区别是触球刹那突然减力并向左下切球,第一落点本方中区,第二落点对方近网处。
  2接发球:视对方发球站位而定的接发球站位要恰当,判断来球的旋转性能、飞行弧度、落点要准确,移动回击手法要适当。
  发球的重点、难点是发球手法,发球的隐蔽性和准确的第一落点。
  接发球的重点、难点是正确判断来球的旋转性能、飞行弧度和落点。

 ()教学方法
  1徒手模仿各发球动作,体会抛、引、挥等动作。
  2离墙2米对墙做各种发球练习。
  3在台上着重做第一落点的各种发球练习。
  4两人台上练习,一人做各种发球,一人平挡球练习,交换进行。
  5两人台上练习,一人做规定线路的各种发球练习另一人做接发球练习,规定用攻、搓、 削中的任何一种技术接对方的单一发球。
  6用多球进行发球练习。
  7两人一组,一人配套发球,另一人用多种技术接发球,交换进行。
  8记分比赛,五球一换或一局一换。发球方专练发球,接发球一方专练接发球。

 ()易犯错误及纠正方法
  1球未向上抛起高度不够。
  纠正方法:讲明要领并用数次抛球动作来练习。
  2击球点过高或过低。
  纠正方法:强调按动作要点要求掌握正确恰当的击球点。
  3拍面前倾过多或不够,击球时向前力量小或大,落点离过远或过近。
  纠正方法:用正确的拍面击悬空球;在台上划出第一落点的范围。
  4接发球易犯判断不准,移动不到位,回击手法不当的错误。
  纠正方法:多实践认准判断目标;加快移动练习;根据来球采用正确手法击球。

五、挡球与推挡球
挡球是初学者首先应学习的一项基本技术。推挡球是我国近台快攻传统打法的独特技术,是教师最重要的教学技能。 

 ()动作要点(以右手为例)
  1挡球:近台中偏左站位左脚稍前,屈膝提踵含胸收腹,重心在前脚掌上,持拍手置于腹前,上臂靠近身体右侧,球拍半横状。前臂和手腕顺来球路线向前伸出主动迎球,上升期击球中部,拍面与台面几乎垂直,拍触球后立即停止,迅速还原成准备姿势。
  2推挡球:近台中偏左站位右脚稍前,击球时提起前臂上臂后收肘部贴近身体,在上升时期或高点期击球中上部。击球时适当用伸髋转腰动作加大手腕发力,并用中指顶住拍背向前用力。
  挡球与推挡球的重点难点是正确的拍面,身体的协调配合和准确的线路落点。
 ()教学方法
  1徒手做挡球、推挡球动作模仿练习。
  2离墙2米用正手、反手对墙推挡练习。
  3两人台上对挡、对推练习,不限落点,但动作要正确并能击球过网。
  4两人台上一推一挡,限定路线。
  5两人台上对推斜线、中路和直线。
  6两人台上全力推挡斜线。
  7两人台上练习,一人一点推两点,另一个两点推挡一点,互换练习。
 ()易犯错误及纠正方法
  1挡球易犯判断落点不准,拍面掌握不好的错误。

挡球
1、特点与应用球速慢,力量轻,动作较简单,初学者容易掌握。它可以帮 助初学者熟悉球性,认识乒乓球的击球规律,提高控制球的能力。
2、要点:挡球是推挡球技术的基础,初学者应形成正确的动作手法。引 拍时,上臂应靠近身体。前臂前伸近球,手腕手指调节拍形,食指用力,拇 指放松
快推

1、特点与运用快推的特点是站位近,动作小,借力还击,速度快,线路变 化多。适用于回击一般的拉球、推挡球和中等力量的攻球;在相持中能发挥回 球速度快的优势,推压两大角或袭击对方空档,为自己的进攻创造条件。它是 推挡球最常用的一项技术。
2、要点击球前靠近身体,前臂适当后撤引起。在前臂向前推送的过程 中,完成外旋动作。转腕动作不宜过大,关键是时机要恰当
减力挡

1、特点与运用回球弧线低、落点低、力量轻。回接对方的大力扣杀或加力 推挡时能减弱回球的力量,如与加力推结合运用,可以前后调动对方,是对付 中台两面拉或两面攻打法的有效战术,它还常用于接加转弧圈球。
2、要点:击球前身体重心略升高,稍屈前臂,球拍保持合适的前倾角度。触球瞬间,有意识地做手臂和手腕后收的动作。削弱来球反弹力的同时, 借来球的力量将球挡过去,回球速度快。

六、攻球
  攻球从大的动作结构来讲,可分为正手和反手攻球两大类。攻球是快速进攻最重要的一项技术,杀伤力强,是解决战斗的关键技术。 

 ()动作要点(以右手为例)
  1正手攻球:近台中偏右站位左脚稍前,身体斜对球台,持拍手自然放松置于腹前,拍半横状。顺来球路线略向右侧引拍,约与台面齐高,拍面与台面约成80度左右,前臂与台面基本平行。当球从台上弹起,持拍手由右侧向左前上方挥动,以前臂快速内收发力配合手腕内转沿球体做弧线挥动,在上升期击球的中上部,击球位置在身体右前方一前臂距离处。
  2反手攻球:站位近台右脚稍前,持拍手自然弯曲置于腹前偏左,重心偏于左脚。顺来球线路向后引拍。当球从台上弹起,持拍手由左后向右前上加速挥拍,前臂发力为主,手腕外转,拍面前倾,重心移至右脚,左右胸前击球上升时期的中上部。
  攻球的重点难点是挥拍发力和正确恰当的击球点。
 ()教学方法
  1徒手模仿正、反手攻球动作,体会挥臂、腰部扭转和重心转换等动作要领。
  2练习者站位近台中偏右(),在右()角端线附近自抛自攻对方右()边斜线。体会前臂内收发力和手腕内()旋及击球点。
  3两人对练,一人自抛自攻,另一人用挡球回击,互换练习。
  4两人对角,一人正()手攻球,一人推挡回击,互换练习。
  5两人对练,一人一点攻两点,另一个两点推挡一点,互换练习。
  6两人正()手对攻斜线。
  7两人对攻中路直线。
 ()易犯错误及纠正方法
  1正手攻球时不敢大胆挥拍,有停顿,弧线制造不好。
  纠正方法;用徒手模仿挥拍练习把拍挥够。
  2上臂与身体夹角过小。
  纠正方法:放松肩部,加大上臂与身体的距离。
  3抬肘抬臂。
  纠正方法;对做近台快攻练习,强调击球时肘肩向后下方。
  4手腕下垂,球拍与前臂垂直。
  纠正方法:强调手腕内旋拍柄向左,徒手模仿练习。
  5判断球的落点不准,引拍动作不到位。
  纠正方法:用先做接平击发球的练习,再做连续推挡球的练习来纠正。
  6反手攻球时拍面前倾过早。
  纠正方法:徒手做引拍练习使拍面稍后仰。
  7拍面前倾不够
  纠正方法:作平击发球练习,体会击球时手腕外旋动作的方法。

七、搓球
  搓球是近台还击下旋球的一种基本技术,特点是站位近动作小,回球多在台内进行,也是初学削球必须掌握的入门技术。 

 ()动作要点(以右手为例)
  1慢搓:近台站位右脚稍前,持拍手臂自然弯曲。击球时用前臂和手腕向前下方用力,拍面后仰,在下降期击球中下部。
  2快搓:站位及击球方法与慢搓相同,击球时拍面稍横立避免出界或回球过高。
  搓球的重点难点是前臂和手腕的挥拍路线和用力方法。
 ()教学方法
  1徒手模仿搓球动作,掌握技术要领。
  2自己在台上抛球,将球搓过球网。
  3一人发下旋球,一人将球搓回。
  4两人对搓中路直线,再对搓斜线。
 ()易犯错误及纠正方法。
  1引拍不够致使击球的前臂由上向下动作不明显。
  纠正方法:持拍练习前臂和手腕向上再向下做切的动作模仿。
  2击球时拍面后仰不够。
  纠正方法:在下降期搓对方发来的下旋球,体会拍面后仰前送动作。
  3前臂前送力量不够,击球后动作停止。
  纠正方法:两人对练慢搓,体会击球后小臂继续前送的动作。
  4击球点离身体过远,重心偏后,击球部位不准。
  纠正方法:两人近台站位对练慢搓,在下降期击准球的中下部。

八、削球
  削球是中
国乒乓球传统手法之一,也是乒乓球防守技术之一,削球技术正在向转,稳、低、攻方向发展。 

 ()动作要点(以右手为例)
  1正手远削:站位中台左脚稍前,上体稍向右转重心落于右脚,持拍手臂自然弯曲于腹前。顺来球方向向右上方引拍与肩同高,拍面后仰。当球从台上弹起时,持拍手上臂带动前臂由右上向左前下方加速切削,手腕向下转动用力,在右侧离身体40厘米处击准下降期球的中下部,并顺势前送。
  2反手远削:中台站位右脚稍前,上体左转重心落于左脚,持拍手自然弯曲放松置于胸前。顺来球路线向左上方引拍约与肩高,拍柄向下。当球弹起时持拍手从左上方向右前下方挥动,拍面后仰,用前臂和手腕加速用力切削,球拍在胸前偏左30厘米处击准下降期球的中下 部,并顺势挥至右侧下。 削球的重点难点是手臂、腰、腹和腿的协调用力。
 ()教学方法
  1徒手模仿削球动作,掌握正、反手削球技术动作要领。
  2对墙正、反手削球练习。
  3一人发平击球,另一人用正、反手削球的互换练习。
  4一人发长线下旋球,另一人用正、反手削球,互换练习。
  5一人正手攻球,另一人用正、反手削球,互换练习。
 ()易犯错误及纠正方法
  1引拍上提不够,削击路线短。
  纠正方法:按动作要点徒手反复做引拍练习。
  2拍面过于后仰。
  纠正方法:拍面稍竖,多练削对方平击发球。
  3向下挥拍削球球拍向前用力过大。
  纠正方法:多球练习,体会接重板球时前臂下压动作。
  4击球后上臂前送不够使球下网。
  纠正方法:多练远削球,体会上臂前送动作。
远削

1、特点与运用击球动作大、球速慢、弧线长,有利于削转与不转球和以落点 变化来牵制对方。常适用于对付对方的扣杀球、弧圈球和提拉球。它是以削为 主打法的选手必须掌握的基本技术之一。
2、要点:向上引拍,是为了增大削击球的用力距离。在下降期击球,但 不能过于低于台面。要保持足够的撞击力,否则球不会过网
近削

1、特点与运用:动作幅度小、回球速度快、前进力较强,多用于近削逼角, 有一定的威胁,往往能获得主动或直接得分。一般用来对付轻拉球和一般的上 旋球。
2、要点:向上引拍比肩略高。根据来球的情况调节拍面后仰角度。前 臂发力为主,手腕配合下压,击球后没有前送的动作。
削弧圈球

1、特点与运用削加转弧圈球是削球手必须掌握的一项重要技术。由于加转弧 圈球上旋强,触拍后向上的反弹力极大,处理不好容易回出高球甚至出界,所 以难度较大。
2、要点:应在来球的下降后期触球,此时,球的旋转已减弱。击球点一 般选在右腹前为宜,并适当放低些,这样可利用来球部分向上的反弹力形成自 然的回球弧线,有利于提高削球的准确性。球拍触球时,拍面不能过分后 仰,应触球的中下部;如来球旋转较强,可使拍面坚直些,并适当加大手臂向 下压球的力量。触球时,手腕应相对固定,以免回球过高。
